Who we look for.

You're a strong fit if you are:

· Ready to prove what you can do, whatever your background or career stage
· UK-based with the right to work in the UK. Some briefs are open worldwide. Either way, you work remotely
· Able to commit around 6 to 10 hours a week on average. We measure progress by milestones, not hours
· Curious, innovative, ambitious and communicative

How long does a Ventureship last?

Typically 4 weeks. Longer Ventureships can be arranged depending on the depth of work and deliverables. You'll spend around 6 to 10 hours a week on average, with progress measured by milestones rather than hours.

Who can apply?

Anyone ready to prove what they can do. Ventureship is open whatever your background or career stage. What matters is the work you deliver, not where you studied.

What if I'm not in the UK?

Most current Ventureships are for UK-based talent with the right to work in the UK. Some company briefs are open worldwide. Join Ventureship and we'll let you know when a brief fits.

Will I get a reference?

Yes, if you ask and if your work is of a certain standard.

Could I get hired at the end?

There's an opportunity for hiring conversations at the discretion of the organisation.
