How long does a Ventureship last?

2 to 4 weeks. Talent spends around 6 hours a week, and progress is measured by milestones, not hours.

Who can apply?

Anyone ready to build experience that counts, whatever your background or career stage. Most briefs are for people with the right to work in the UK. Some are open worldwide.

Is it remote?

The work is remote. Ventureships also include in-person events where you meet the company behind the brief.

Can companies hire after a Ventureship?

Yes. Hiring conversations happen at the discretion of the company and Ventureship.

How quickly can a company start?

Typically 3 to 4 weeks from the first call to kick-off: scope the brief, assemble the cohort, onboard.
